Client Review Submission Guidelines

911MyWeb values honest, transparent feedback from our clients. These guidelines govern the submission, moderation, and display of client reviews on our website and affiliated platforms. By submitting a review, you agree to comply with these guidelines in full.

These guidelines apply to all reviews submitted through our website, email, third-party review platforms linked to 911MyWeb, or any other channel where 911MyWeb solicits or accepts client feedback.

All reviews must be genuine and based on your direct, first-hand experience with 911MyWeb's services. We require that:

• You are a current or former client of 911MyWeb who has received the service being reviewed.
• The review reflects your honest, personal opinion — not the opinion of a third party.
• You do not submit reviews on behalf of another person or business without their explicit authorization.
• You disclose any material relationship with 911MyWeb (e.g., referral partner, affiliate) that may influence your review.

Submitting a false or fabricated review is a violation of these guidelines and may result in legal action.

Reviews must not contain any of the following:

• Defamatory statements — false statements of fact that damage the reputation of 911MyWeb or its employees.
• Hate speech or discrimination — content that targets individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Personal attacks — insults, threats, or harassment directed at any individual.
• Confidential information — proprietary business information, trade secrets, or personally identifiable information of third parties.
• Spam or promotional content — reviews that advertise competing services or contain irrelevant promotional material.
• Profanity or explicit content — language or imagery that is obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit.

All submitted reviews are subject to moderation by 911MyWeb before publication. We reserve the right to:

• Approve, reject, or remove any review at our sole discretion.
• Edit reviews solely to correct spelling or grammatical errors, without altering the substance or sentiment of the review.
• Request clarification or additional information from the reviewer before publishing.
• Remove previously published reviews that are found to violate these guidelines.

Moderation decisions are final. 911MyWeb will not enter into correspondence regarding the rejection or removal of specific reviews.

911MyWeb does not offer monetary compensation, discounts, or other incentives in exchange for positive reviews. Any review submitted as part of a promotional campaign or incentive program will be clearly disclosed as such.

If you have received any form of compensation or benefit in connection with your review, you must disclose this in the review text. Failure to disclose material incentives is a violation of FTC guidelines and these review policies.

By submitting a review, you grant 911MyWeb a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and display your review in any medium, including our website, marketing materials, social media, and press releases.

You retain ownership of your review content. 911MyWeb will not sell your review to third parties. Attribution (your name or initials) will be included unless you request anonymity at the time of submission.

If you believe a review about your business or project has been published in error or violates these guidelines, please contact us at legal@911myweb.com with the subject line "Review Dispute." We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

By submitting a review, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these guidelines. 911MyWeb reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page.
