1 Brand Overview & Mission
The 911MyWeb brand represents speed, reliability, and professional excellence in web development. Our identity is built on the promise of rescuing businesses from poor online presence and delivering high-quality digital solutions that drive real results.
These guidelines exist to ensure that every touchpoint — from our website to our marketing materials — communicates a consistent, trustworthy, and professional image. Whether you are a team member, partner, or authorized vendor, please follow these guidelines whenever you represent the 911MyWeb brand.
2 Logo Usage
The 911MyWeb logo is our most recognizable brand asset. To maintain its integrity, please observe the following rules:
- Clear space: Always maintain a minimum clear space equal to the height of the "9" character around all sides of the logo.
- Minimum size: The logo should never be displayed smaller than 120px wide in digital formats or 1 inch wide in print.
- Approved variations: Use only the full-color logo on white or light backgrounds, the white reversed logo on dark or colored backgrounds, and the single-color version for single-color print applications.
- Do not: Stretch, distort, rotate, recolor, add effects to, or alter the logo in any way. Do not place the logo on busy backgrounds that reduce legibility.
3 Color Palette
Our brand colors are carefully chosen to convey trust, energy, and professionalism. Use them consistently across all materials.
Primary Blue — #0057B8
Our signature color. Use for primary CTAs, headings, and key brand elements. This is the dominant color in all branded materials.
Accent Blue — #0099FF
Used for hover states, highlights, links, and secondary accents. Creates visual energy and draws attention to interactive elements.
Dark Navy — #001F5B
Used for body text, footer backgrounds, and high-contrast elements. Conveys authority and professionalism.
White — #FFFFFF
Primary background color. Ensures clean, readable layouts with maximum contrast.
Light Gray — #F5F7FA
Used for section backgrounds, card backgrounds, and subtle dividers. Adds visual breathing room without competing with content.
4 Typography
Our typography system is built on the Lato typeface family, chosen for its clean, modern aesthetic and excellent readability across screen sizes.
Headings (H1–H3): Lato Bold (700 weight). H1: 48–64px. H2: 32–40px. H3: 24–28px. Use sentence case for all headings.
Body Text: Lato Regular (400 weight), 16–18px, line height 1.6. Ensures comfortable reading across all devices.
Captions & Labels: Lato Regular or Lato Italic, 12–14px. Used for image captions, form labels, and metadata.
CTAs & Buttons: Lato Bold (700 weight), 14–16px, uppercase or title case. Buttons should always be clearly legible and high-contrast.
Do not use decorative or script fonts in official 911MyWeb communications. Lato is available via Google Fonts and should be loaded in all digital properties.
5 Brand Voice & Tone
The 911MyWeb brand voice is confident, approachable, and results-focused. We speak to business owners as knowledgeable partners, not as vendors. Our tone adapts to context:
- Marketing copy: Energetic, benefit-driven, and action-oriented. Lead with outcomes, not features. Use active voice and short sentences.
- Service descriptions: Clear, professional, and specific. Avoid jargon. Explain what we do and why it matters to the client's business.
- Legal & policy content: Precise, formal, and unambiguous. Plain language preferred over legalese where possible.
- Social media: Conversational, helpful, and community-oriented. Share knowledge generously. Celebrate client wins.
We never use aggressive sales language, make unsubstantiated claims, or speak negatively about competitors. Our confidence comes from our track record, not from tearing others down.
6 Imagery & Visual Style
Visual content should reinforce our brand values of professionalism, innovation, and community. Guidelines for imagery:
- Photography: Use authentic, high-quality photos of real people, real workspaces, and real results. Avoid generic stock photos that feel impersonal or staged.
- Illustrations & Icons: Use clean, modern line-style icons consistent with our digital aesthetic. Avoid overly decorative or cartoon-style illustrations in professional contexts.
- Screenshots & UI mockups: Always use high-resolution, up-to-date screenshots. Ensure client data is anonymized or replaced with placeholder content.
- Video: Professional lighting and audio are required for all branded video content. Captions are mandatory for accessibility and SEO.
7 Usage Permissions & Contact
These brand guidelines apply to all 911MyWeb team members, contractors, partners, and authorized vendors. Unauthorized use of the 911MyWeb brand, logo, or trademarks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
