Terms & Conditions for Meeting Scheduling

By scheduling a meeting or consultation with 911MyWeb, you agree to these terms in full. All appointments must be booked through our official scheduling system. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment at our discretion.

Meeting slots are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email. Unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.

We understand that schedules change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time will be honored without penalty. You may reschedule at no additional cost within the same billing period.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of any prepaid consultation fee. Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You may reschedule a meeting up to two (2) times per booking without incurring additional charges, provided the rescheduling request is submitted at least 12 hours before the original appointment time.

Rescheduling requests submitted less than 12 hours before the meeting may be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 911MyWeb reserves the right to reschedule meetings due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable advance notice provided to the client.

A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled meeting without prior cancellation notice. In the event of a no-show:

• The meeting slot will be forfeited and any prepaid fee will not be refunded.
• A new booking will be required to schedule a future consultation.
• Repeated no-shows (two or more) may result in a requirement to prepay for future consultations.

All information shared during a consultation — including business strategies, project details, and proprietary data — is treated as confidential by 911MyWeb. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all meetings. 911MyWeb reserves the right to terminate any meeting immediately if a participant engages in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

Meetings may be recorded by 911MyWeb for internal quality assurance and documentation purposes. You will be notified at the start of any recorded session. By continuing the meeting after notification, you consent to the recording.

Clients may not record meetings without prior written consent from 911MyWeb. Any notes or summaries produced from the meeting remain the property of 911MyWeb unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Consultations provided by 911MyWeb are advisory in nature. 911MyWeb is not liable for any business decisions made based on information or recommendations provided during a meeting. All advice is given in good faith based on the information available at the time of the consultation.

By booking a meeting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
