Terms & Conditions for Case Study Participation

1 Consent to Participate & Publish
By agreeing to participate in a 911MyWeb case study, you ("the Client") grant 911MyWeb ("the Company") permission to document, write, and publish a case study based on your project, business results, and experience working with 911MyWeb.
Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw your consent at any time before the case study is published by notifying us in writing at marketing@911myweb.com. Once published, withdrawal requests will be honored within 30 business days, and the case study will be removed from active distribution.
2 Content Approval Process
Before publication, 911MyWeb will provide you with a draft of the case study for review and approval. You will have 10 business days to review the draft and request changes. The approval process includes:
- 911MyWeb sends the draft case study to your designated contact via email.
- You review the draft and submit any requested changes or corrections.
- 911MyWeb incorporates approved changes and sends a final version for sign-off.
- You provide written approval (email confirmation is acceptable) before publication proceeds.
If no response is received within 10 business days of the draft being sent, 911MyWeb may proceed with publication of the draft as submitted, unless you have previously communicated a need for additional review time.
3 Confidentiality & Sensitive Information
911MyWeb is committed to protecting your business's confidential information. You may designate specific data points, financial figures, or business details as confidential, and we will exclude them from the published case study.
By default, the following information will not be included without your explicit written consent:
- Specific revenue figures or financial performance data.
- Proprietary business processes or trade secrets.
- Personally identifiable information of your customers or employees.
- Any information you mark as confidential during the review process.
4 Usage Rights & Distribution
Upon your written approval, 911MyWeb is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and distribute the case study in the following formats and channels:
- Our website (911myweb.com and affiliated subdomains).
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).
- Email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
- Press releases and media outreach.
- Printed marketing materials (brochures, trade show materials).
You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and any trademarks included in the case study. 911MyWeb will use your brand assets only in connection with the approved case study content.
5 Accuracy & Factual Representation
911MyWeb is committed to accurately representing your project and results. All claims, statistics, and outcomes included in the case study will be based on verifiable data provided by you or documented during the project.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data, metrics, or statements you provide for inclusion in the case study. 911MyWeb will not knowingly publish false or misleading information. If inaccuracies are discovered after publication, we will correct them promptly upon notification.
6 Compensation & Incentives
Participation in a 911MyWeb case study is voluntary and unpaid. In appreciation of your participation, 911MyWeb may offer non-monetary benefits such as:
- A backlink to your website from the published case study page.
- Social media promotion of your business in connection with the case study.
- A complimentary copy of the case study for your own marketing use.
Any incentives offered are at 911MyWeb's discretion and do not constitute compensation for the case study content. The provision of incentives does not affect the editorial independence of the case study.
7 Governing Law & Entire Agreement
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from case study participation shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, if negotiation fails.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 911MyWeb regarding case study participation and supersede any prior verbal or written agreements on this subject. By confirming your participation in writing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
