Terms & Conditions for the 72-Hour Website Offer

1 Offer Overview & Eligibility
The 72-Hour Website Offer ("the Offer") is a limited-time promotion by 911MyWeb that provides eligible clients with a professionally designed, launch-ready website within 72 hours of project kickoff. This Offer is available to new clients only and is subject to the conditions outlined in these terms.
To be eligible, clients must:
- Complete and submit the project intake form in full.
- Provide all required content (text, images, logo, and brand assets) within 4 hours of project kickoff.
- Make full payment prior to project commencement.
- Be available for a brief kickoff call within 2 hours of payment confirmation.
2 What's Included
The 72-Hour Website Offer includes the following deliverables:
- A fully designed, mobile-responsive website of up to 5 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, and one additional page of your choice).
- Basic on-page SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions, and image alt tags).
- Contact form integration.
- Google Analytics setup.
- One round of revisions after initial delivery.
- Deployment to your hosting environment or a 911MyWeb-managed server.
The Offer does not include e-commerce functionality, custom web applications, third-party integrations beyond those listed above, or ongoing maintenance services unless separately contracted.
3 Payment Terms
Full payment is required before work begins. The 72-hour clock starts only after payment is confirmed and all required content has been received. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and PayPal.
All fees are non-refundable once the project has commenced. If 911MyWeb is unable to deliver the website within 72 hours due to reasons within our control, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion.
4 Timeline & Delivery
The 72-hour delivery window begins at the time of the official project kickoff confirmation email. Delivery is defined as the website being accessible at the agreed-upon URL or staging environment.
The 72-hour guarantee is contingent on the client providing all required materials on time. Delays caused by late content submission, unresponsiveness, or change requests outside the agreed scope will pause the delivery clock and may extend the timeline accordingly.
5 Revisions & Scope Limitations
The Offer includes one (1) round of revisions after the initial website delivery. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original agreed scope — changes to layout, color, copy, or images.
Requests that constitute new features, additional pages, or significant redesigns are considered out of scope and will be quoted separately. 911MyWeb reserves the right to determine whether a revision request falls within or outside the original scope.
6 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment and project completion, the client owns all custom design elements created specifically for their project. 911MyWeb retains the right to display the completed website in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided (text, images, logos) is owned by them or properly licensed for use. 911MyWeb is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from client-supplied content.
7 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 72-Hour Website Offer is provided "as is." 911MyWeb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's performance, search engine rankings, or business outcomes. Our total liability under this Offer shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Offer.
