Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

"Satisfaction" means that the delivered service reasonably aligns with: The agreed project scope; The documented requirements; The approved deliverables. This guarantee applies to the quality of service delivery — not to specific business outcomes.

If you are not satisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through: Revisions or adjustments; Technical corrections; Clarifications or support. All resolutions are provided at the sole discretion of 911MYWEB.

This Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to: Business results (e.g., sales, rankings, traffic, conversions); Delays caused by client inaction or delayed feedback; Third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, Stripe, platforms, plugins); Changes in client requirements after project approval; Issues arising from misuse, external interference, or unauthorized changes.

To qualify for this guarantee, clients must: Provide accurate and complete information; Respond to requests in a timely manner; Review and approve deliverables when requested. Failure to meet these responsibilities may void this guarantee.

Any concerns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or project milestone completion. Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.

At our sole discretion, we may offer one of the following: Revision or rework; Service credit; Partial refund (if applicable). This guarantee does not create an unconditional right to a refund.

This Satisfaction Guarantee: Is limited and conditional; Does not override the Terms of Service; Does not create warranties of performance or results.

This policy is subject to the 911MYWEB Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall control.

911MYWEB reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
